Group Runs

WELCOME! Come join us for any of our group runs. They're free, fun, and the best way for us to get to know all of you a bit better. THAT'S what a community is all about: Goin' for a run with your neighbor! Remember, our group runs/walks are for EVERYONE. Walk a 17 min. mile? No problemo! Run at 11 min. pace? Love to have ya! NORTHEAST GROUP RUNS/WALKS

TUESDAYS at 6 pm.

  • Free beer and food!
  • ALL abilities welcome (runners and walkers!)
  • Fun, scenic NE courses!

DOWNTOWN GROUP RUNS/WALKS

WEDNESDAYS at NOON! (Stay tuned for big things comming this Summer)

  • For runners and walkers of ALL abilities
  • Multiple distances (usually 1-3 for walkers and 3-5 for runners)
  • Fun, relaxed atmosphere.
  • Join others for your lunchtime workout!
  • THIS IS THE ONLY RUN WITHOUT A RUN LEADER.

THURSDAYS at 5:45 pm:

  • ALL abilities welcome (runners and walkers!)
  • Food and beer post-run!
  • Raffles every week!
  • Classic downtown courses

SOUTHEAST GROUP RUNS/WALKS

  • For runners and walkers of ALL abilities
  • Multiple distances (usually 1-3 for walkers and 3-6 for runners)
  • Courses featuring the Springwater Corridor, Oaks Bottom trails, Westmoreland Park, and more!

SUNDAYS at 10am!

  • For runners and walkers of ALL abilities
  • Multiple distances (usually 1-3 for walkers and 3-6 for runners). Distance can vary depending on the group that shows up. Sundays have the option of going longer if requested in advance to jay at foottraffic.us
  • Courses featuring the Springwater Corridor, Oaks Bottom trails, Westmoreland Park, and more!
