Thanks for participating everybody! 2009 was a great success with nearly 2,000 participants over the 5 weeks of track meets. We hope you join us again next summer. In the meantime, check out our XC meets in the fall!

It's a Portland summertime tradition hosted by your favorite running store, Foot Traffic. Don't miss it! Fun for the entire family. All ages welcome!

Featured Event: Predict-a-Mile. The runner that finishes closest to their predicted mile time (chosen before the race starts) wins a special award (TBA). Slow, fast, anyone can win!

All events at Grant High School track.

COST: $2 (please bring small bills!)

EVENT SCHEDULE (events are on a "rolling start" so start times are APPROXIMATE)

6pm: All field events start
(high jump, long jump, softball throw, shotput)
6:15pm: 60 meter dash (Age 10 and under)
6:30pm: 100 meter dash
6:45pm: Predict mile
7:00pm: 400 meters
7:10pm: 800 meters
7:20pm: 200 meters
7:30pm: 1500 meters
7:45pm: 4x100 family relay
7:45pm: 5K XC park run
